More Primetime Emmy Awards red carpet arrivals 2009: See Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, and more

The 61st Primetime Emmy Awards were held in Los Angeles this evening. The stars of the small screen gathered at the Nokia Theater to honor excellence in television. Neil Patrick Harris
was the host, and overall did a decent job (at least Jeff Probst thought so). The evening was filled with upsets when it came to who won certain awards, but the best part is always checking out what people are wearing on the red carpet!

The stars did not disappoint when they got dressed up for the Emmys. Blake Lively and Hayden Panettiere were visions of beauty in their red dresses. Leighton Meester donned a white, low-cut
Grecian style gown. Rose Byrne wore a tulle dress embellished with crystals, and it was clear she felt like a princess. If only Byrne had fixed her hair! Jamie-Lynn Sigler wore a gold dress with a low back and looked very sexy.
